Extended Stay America Suites - Los Angeles - Burbank Airport

Passable

Liked: It was in a good shopping center with a lot of decent shops nearby.
Disliked: The room itself wasn’t really clean. The bathroom wasn’t clean. The tub had residue from the previous guest, and there was hair in one of the towels. Also, the whole hotel smelled stale and stuffy from excessive cigarette smoke.

Disliked: I did not like how staff was unable to help.

Liked: The staff 100% Joseph , kam , and Melissa , amazing people , you show respect you get it and that’s what I like about good customer service , I love the fact that there’s a microwave and a stove in every room , would like house keeping more than once a week maybe twice a week, but I understand it’s a large facility and has a lot of rooms , & beggars can’t be choosers lol & there’s a Krispy Kreme around the corner !!!!
Disliked: I have 0 complaints , nobody bothers me and I don’t bother them .

Liked: Shout out to JOSEPH. , from the first day I arrived he’s gone out of his way to make sure my stay is comfortable , and I really appreciate his kindness, very pleasant man and a hard worker

Burbanks finest

Liked: The staff , from the cleaning staff to the front desk , I was made to feel like a human which will always make me come back here , I was treated with respect no matter what , thank you KAM & MELLISSA , both of you deserve a raise
