Disliked: Spending the money on a shitty room.No telephone, no washer and dryer as in the pictures and having to throw your own trash,exchanging towels and a shitty breakfast we will never recommend your motel.We could stayed at a hotel with great breakfast, gym,and house keepers. For cheaper price. No phone charges in the rooms and hardly any outlet for my medical machines.

Disliked: My room had a terrible odor. The lady at the front desk blamed it on the fact that the rooms air was off. I sprayed Lysol and B&BW room spray and NOTHING killed the smell! The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly. I went out and bought cleaning products for the room. The Second Lady at the desk was rude and very unpleasant to speak too. I will never book here again!

Disliked: spotted a roach crawling on the counter. asked if there was a laundry room and the person behind the desk pointed me in the direction of where it was at. When I got in there it had 4 washers and 4 dryers and all but one washer and one dryer had OOS stickers on them. asked the front desk if they sold any detergent and they said no. i understand that it is an extended stay but if they are going to cater to 1 or 2 day stayers they should at least have vending with detergent. It was a no cash facility so everything was by card only and the vending machines didn't even work. For the facility to be non smoking the halls sure did reek of marihuana.
