Liked: The location was nice
Disliked: Staff was hostile and argumentative at check in It was not as advertised Broken items in the room No dishes, I was told you had to request them, and the next shift staff informed me that they didn't have any 10 minutes before check out, the room keys were disabled and I was forced to walk around the building in order to turn in my keys Upon arrival at the front desk there was no one there for check outI had to track down employees in order to check out with less than 1 minute to spare.I have stayed at multiple extended stays, but I would book another at that location again for that type of lodging

Disliked: Walls were dirty. Everything seemed “patched” together. Very outdated, not at all like the pictures online.

Disliked: Lights on the outside made it impossible to sleep. Renovations on room were really poorly done. Very noisy from all sides.

Liked: Clean lobby. Easy check-in. Decent bathroom.
Disliked: The room was not great by any means. It had a very strange smell. It was dirty. The curtains could barely close. The floor was ripped up. The stove top looked very unusable. One of the beds was clearly broken and leaned to the floor. A few of the pillows did not have pillow cases. Gum or something stuck to the floors in different spots. The fridge was dirty. The bathroom was okay, not clean, but you could tell it was updated. There was constant noise in the room above us. Like really loud. The building looked nice on the outside....But definitely would fool you once you get a room. We kept all of our things in our bags during our whole stay. We just didn't feel comfortable unpacking... which is sad because it was supposed to be a vacation.
