Disliked: The front desk staff was not friendly. I didn't feel very welcomed at my check in. Then one lady was very rude to my husband when he inquired about fresh linens. We reported this to manager, and she took ownership of the issue. Also, the fixtures were not very well installed. The shelf in the closet was falling down and the towel hanger by batroom door was very loose.
