Liked: It seemed good for the price we payed for.
Disliked: We wish we would have gotten the suite we reserved in the photo, the room was smaller than expected and no couch and no more than just 1 chair in the room and had to ask for kitchen amenities which we thought came in the room before checking in.

Disliked: There were bed bugs in my bed in my kids bed and when they switched my room someone else was in the room we left out of the next morning nasty just nasty I would not recommend no one to go and stay there until they get rid of the bed bugs and they did not offer me anything complimentary for the inconvenience

Liked: I can’t think of a single thing that I liked. Never in my life have I had such a horrible experience at a hotel. I’ve stayed at hundreds of different hotels throughout the continental US. It’s like they were trying to give me the worst experience possible in every single category. I don’t think a team of experts could come up with a worse hotel if they tried.
Disliked: I didn’t like debating switch pricing the I’ll call the cops on you if you’re not out of here in five minutes Service from Management and front desk staff and I was traveling with my two children, five and seven years old and eight months pregnant Wife.
