Worst experience I ever had....

Liked: Never got checked in because the system was down and I was told there was nothing they could do for me and try rebooking at another hotel.
Disliked: No night clerk available and no one answered the phone even though I had a reservation paid in full before arrival. I was very very upset and tired after driving 4hrs.

Non equipped kitchen

Disliked: Check in was at 3 our room wasn't ready until 4. The posters say full equipped kitchen but no microwave, no pots or pans, no spoons, no cups. We had to go downstairs and get what stuff they did have. I asked if there was a microwave we could use to pop some popcorn and was told no. This place has gone to crap.

Disappointed Guest

Liked: The location was great. Room 330 was good, but the lock on the door was loose and I had to constantly reactivate the card key. There was mold in the bathroom, under the tub mat and the ceiling. The pool was great.
Disliked: The Spanish speaking Staff and the Foreign woman that does not know how to speak to Guests and working with you when the discrepancy occurred. There was no informed information stating that an additional ($100-$200) deposit was required everytime you check-in. Room 353 is the worst room ever. Very small, urine mattress stains, etc. Room 139 was much better than Room 353.

Liked: Well the first night we stayed, the water wasn’t hot, I didn’t like that, I don’t like that the pool closes so early, most hotels let their pool stay open until 10pm, really should put queen beds I the suites as well, and the breakfast should have cerealAnd milk at least for the kids!
