Disliked: My room had no way of Cooking anything for 3 plus days. Very disgusting broke pull out couch had to purchase air mattress more food because I couldn’t cook the food I brought. Absolutely no care from staff for over 400 dollars spent on any problem I had. Bad service can’t get towels or washcloths til after 9 am or before 9pm even though u only get 2 of each but having a 1yr old an 7 mth old that is rediculous. I will never book with them again. My sister and dad lives there so we visit often an for long stays but you guys just lost SEVERAL customers

Liked: Easy to get to
Disliked: When walking on the floors there were many spots that were soft in the hallway and the room. The room had a smell to it. I had to get some spray to get rid of the smell. The pillows are very cheap compared to most hotels I have stayed in. The bathtub looked disgusting. We didn’t even shower while we were there.

Great experience

Liked: Although we came extremely late due to bad weather, check in was pretty quick and the staff were nice. This location exceeded our expectations. Would definitely stay again.
