Liked: Nothing but drug addicts, and everything else is going on out there. There was a naked man in the window....
Disliked: I don't like anything about it and I would never stay there again.

Liked: Big room, lots of space. Good value
Disliked: Shower was chipping, not very good pressure.

Passable

Liked: Beds were comfortable and not sagging. Full size refrigerator. Air conditioner filters were clean. Building and site were clean.
Disliked: 1. There was never enough coffee at breakfast. Saw multiple people frustrated. Maybe add another pot or two? 2. Breakfast was technically advertised as included but did not specify bag of oatmeal or granola bars only. 3. Both suites I stayed in had paint chipping/ flaking off of the bathtubs. 4. There were different types of shower heads. Unit 308 just pushed water like a garden hose. Unit 142 had a better water spread but still weak even though high pressure at the faucet. 5. The swimming pool had not been uncovered or open. 6. There are no common area ice machines. 7. Ice trays in both unit refrigerators were cracked badly and needing replaced.

It was great other than...

Liked: It seemed clean and comfortable. Staff was nice.
Disliked: I’d booked the room a month in advance of the Indy 500 and the day before they called and told me that they were moving me to a different location. I complained and they called back saying everything was fine at the original location
