Not a good experience

Liked: Wouldn’t recommend by any means, always snelled like weed and that’s not cool workers were too busy on phone cursing smoking instead of watching front desk. It took them 25 mins to check me into a room that I per paid for was not pleased at all.

Liked: This is a homeless people shelter rather than a hotel

Thought the brand name would...

Liked: Staff, check in.
Disliked: 1) Odor in the halls. Don't know it it was food being cooked or more likely marijuana being smoked.2) Lack of cleanliness everywhere.3) only one elevator in a large footprint buildong.

Liked: It was quiet and peaceful. I just wish they still kept the coffee machines in the rooms and cups. I also didn't have any wash cloths in the room, but I had brought My Own. There wasn't any breakfast either

Liked: The lady at the counter.
Disliked: Waiting 25 min to check in well after 5 pm while they wait for the mgr to tell them what room she wants me in after a 6 hour drive was annoying . The lady at the desk was super nice and helpfull but her hands seemed tied. Window in my room was open and o did not see ot till the next morning. I swear it was filthy i hope its not mold. Grab and go breakfast. Coffee and packs of oatmeal…….i have stayed here many times and it just goes down hill. People loitering in lobby and halls slamming doors and banging at hours. Ill pay more and stay some where with a banana fir breakfast
