Great for a one nighter

Liked: The staff was relatively nice.
Disliked: Upon arrival, my reservation was switched from a double to a king for 3 adults. The breakfast was described as oatmeal packages, granola bars, and maybe some fruit thrown on a little table by the elevator. The gentleman said they were booked up but able to switch it back, we dropped off our luggage and noticed no phone, had no dishes, and noticed no ice machine. When asked at the front desk, a new lady apologized and said they would have to get it to us in the morning and that, unfortunately, there wasn't an ice machine. We left, and we came back late in the evening, preparing for the night. As my daughter looks at her bed, she yells, and we find bedbugs. My daughter reported this to the front desk and was told to whisper and that they were booked up. This is now 10:30 pm and we have nowhere to go but have an expo at 8am which we have drove 2 hours to go to. We are granted a refund and forced to travel home and miss the whole purpose of the trip. THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HOSPITALITY! Extended stay has NEVER been like this in my town. And our original plan was for 3 nights. SMH

Disappointing
Liked: The room was clean. The bed was comfy. That's all the positives I have about my 2 night stay.
Disliked: The TV did not work in the 2 nights that I stayed in the hotel. I ask the staff to fix it and they totally forgot. That's was not a good look.

Disliked: When I arrived I made the desk aware that I had just said surgery on a broken femur bone and could not be moving around very much so I was placed on the second floor completely from the building from the elevator. When I arrived in the room there was no linen blankets towels or anything as far as that matters just bear mattresses. The room was filthy with tissue paper on the floor, food in the sink And on the stove The tub and sink in the bathroom were filthy and not been cleaned at all since at least the last person that was there. When I notified the front desk of the conditions I was told that I would have to come down to get the land on myself that they would let me take up blankets and sheets and I had to make the beds up myself. The next morning The hotel manager called up and said she became aware of the conditions and that she would be issuing me a full refund when I came to the desk to check out. The only thing I was refunded was the $100 deposit that I had to leave before I could go up to the room even though the room was done paid for it via booking.com I was told that I would have to contact booking.com to get my refund that I paid initially for the room. And also I was never refunded a $25 fee I left also for a small Chihuahua I took up to the room with me. So you ask how was my stay Well it was terrible with no compensation.
