Liked: Very basic hotel, like I expected. Good for the price.

Disliked: Old rusted tub and water through out the floor from the ac or busted pipe

Liked: Do not stay here! Holes in the walls, paint peeling off walls and the lining of the tub was completely coming off in the room they assigned us... It's just disgusting!
Disliked: Seriously DON'T STAY HERE! It's run down and nasty! It's not even worth a 1 star review! Stinks, completely broken down and falling apart!

I left after 20 minutes...

Liked: Hesus was a nice host, however everything in the hotel was terrible to the point that we have to leave and book in another hotel
Disliked: It was super dirty, I asked to be relocated to a different room and apparently they were worse than mine. Also the AC had mold and the toilet had poop on the lid. Bathtub didn’t have paint. Never again will book.

My family and I enjoyed...

Liked: It was peaceful, very comfortable and accommodating.
Disliked: The exercise room have 2 pieces of equipment and neither of them work. Staff said the pool was closed for maintenance but is overgrown and doesn't look like it's been open for years

Liked: Proximity to the airport. Rate was so so for the condition of the room.
Disliked: I was given a Smoking room at the complete opposite end of reception and my leg pain made it impossible to return to have it changed. Did the best of the situation. Please son allow smoking in your rooms. !

Liked: The location to our activities. Plus it was pet friendly
Disliked: I called down to the front desk to request the dishes set. Was told it would be sending someone right to us with it. Never came so I went down to the front desk told them I never recieved the dishes as I requested. Front desk worker said ok let me grabbed that for you. They hand me sheets & I told them no I requested the dishes & was told they were coming. He looked at me told me o we don't have anymore. I said I was told awhile ago they would be coming & I was informed we didn't have any then either. So why offer the dishes if you don't have enough sets for every room.
