Liked: Very basic hotel, like I expected. Good for the price.

Pick somewhere else.

Liked: I mean the location was half way convenient.
Disliked: First arrived and everything seemed fine. Checked in, went up to our room and it was trashed. Bedding on the floor, wet towels, room stunk, trash bag spilled. Went back to the front desk and Hesus then told me that he didn't have anybody to turn down the room and had no other rooms available. After telling him that we had just drove 8 hours to get there he decided to let give us a room they don't rent do to it having a issue. Was also told I would get the room comped but had to wait for his GM to come in the next morning. Next morning came along and his GM didn't show up to work, he then changed his tune and told me that there was no way she or himself would comp the room. Didn't have anywhere else to go and without a refund couldn't afford to book a different hotel. They deactivated my room key 3 separate times, left a note on my door to "speak with front desk" but went I went down nobody seemed to know anything. Not pleased at all, worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. I will absolutely not be staying with them again. 0/10.

Liked: Rosie at the front desk is an exceptional person!
Disliked: Rooms advertised with sleeper sofa, there are none. They may offer to get you a rollaway bed. Doors have been removed from the suites so no division of space.
