Disliked: There was roaches everywhere

Don’t expect much here.

Liked: Close the hospital and the 30 year old dresser.
Disliked: It’s friggin’ old and borderline dilapidated. The fridge in the unit looked like it fell of the back of a truck in 1993. There also lots of seed people that live at this place. The bathroom was recently remodelled but the shower never really got more than warm. It was cheap and I guess you get what you pay for…

Liked: The lady Joyce was courteous enough. She admitted this wasn't the first time this happened.
Disliked: Let's get it straight. We didn't even stay. There was no room available. But I'm glad because this was a horrible hotel. I believe this was a crack motel. And worst of all they ended up charging my credit card.

Disliked: When I showed up to check, I was turned away. Told told they were reserve the room onli'm. It was to be a pay at the property. My card was charged. When I was unable to stay at the fphilly. Due to my checking time, I have beverything. It has everything it happened. To receive my refund, I have not received it yet. I've made several tips. I call through booking.com. And the hotel. I have not received my refund yet, so I basically. Paid for a room that I wasn't supposed to pay for until I got to the property. What's we've turned away yelled at from behind the counter through were cloand I need to contact customer service for my refund.

Disliked: Nobody answered the after hours phone. Tried for 10 minutes. Overnight desk person told me, I was watching you on the monitor, but did not answer the phone. Non-smoking room but can smell cigarette scent as soon as entering the room. Nicotine stained ceiling in bathroom. Maintenance of room. Sink separating from wall, tub faucet not attached to the wall, poor water pressure, bugs in the room.
