Liked: Budget friendly
Disliked: Reached hotel around 10:30PM and front desk and all doors were totally closed. Phone no. Of the property does not seem to be working. Finally after so much struggle found a landline phone and then spoke to them and security/front desk personnel came down to open the door and to do the check in process .Since this is budget friendly stay, I guess that’s why it’s not that clean. Surprisingly this property does not have a trash bin outside the property which is not common in USA.Also while booking I saw that it includes breakfast which is a wrong info. This does not have a breakfast.

Good value, very old room.

Liked: The front desk staff was very kind and informative, had no issues with check in or check out!
Disliked: The room was not very clean, super outdated and cabinets/drawers were all falling apart. It was the last single bed room available so I’m not sure if they are all like that, but it was extremely worn down.

Resend it stay

Liked: My experience there last night was horrible it was the worst $66 I ever spent
Disliked: The room was raggedy I called the office I asked another one toilet wasn't working for the sink leaking

Disliked: Roaches, cable didn’t work most of the day , towels dirty

Disliked: I would like to know why your customer service desk was closed at 7:40 in the morning when people were trying to check out. I have never in all my years of traveling experienced the lobby desk being close without some sort of note saying when they would open again and having an option for you to turn in your keys to check out. It was disappointing to hear employees talking behind the metal window but yet there was no one to assist your clientele.
