Do not waist your money...

Liked: It was close to nrg stadium
Disliked: This place needs to be shut down and renovated. It was disgusting. Eyelash on the counter, roach on the floor,dirty bed sheets. Trash underneath the pull out sofa bed which was filthy and horribly uncomfortable for the children. The smell was horrendous of old smoke and mold and was nauseating. We sprayed air freshener and it did not help. I don’t know how this place is still open it needs to be shut down. Definitely not sanitary for people. I do have pictures to support the above accusations.

Recommended only if you’re staying...

Liked: Walking distance to NRG park. Can cross through Holiday Inn’s lobby for a shortcut to the NRG parking lot. Good if you’re only staying one night - ironically because this is extended stay.
Disliked: •Check in at 3pm but room wasn’t ready by then. •We were “upgraded” to a bigger room but it was on the third floor with broken elevator. Room was in the middle of the hallway and stairs are located on both ends of the hallway. I don’t think this was an upgrade.•Area of the staircase on the first floor is dirty.•Water pressure isn’t very good. •Lacking toiletries, only provided one small tube of shampoo and two small bar of soap.•Wifi doesn’t work.•Free breakfast is just fig bars and muffins.•They were offering parking space to the concert attendees at NRG so us who are checking in were forced to parked at the back of the hotel. Still inside the facility but the area looks suspicious and out of view.

Family friendly budget hotel close...

Liked: Even though the building and rooms were old, the suite room were big and kept clean.Well kept kitchen , big refrigerator, microwave.Great location, pretty close to Houston’s attractions like Zoo, Science Museum and Hermann Park.
Disliked: Breakfast included was grab and go mode and served just coffee, muffins and some bars.

Do NOT stay here

Liked: Nothing! It smelled awful! Very dirty. Microwave did not work. Door lock did not work. The elevators were down and we were on 3rd floor. They said they had been down for several weeks and we were not notified at all. Do not recommend and will never stay here again!
Disliked: Terrible cleanness. Awful smell in room and on our floor. It was so disgusting! Elevator was broken, several things did not work in room. Bathroom was disgusting. Found bugs in the bed! Will never stay here again. 100% do NOT recommend!
