Liked: I didn't like anything about the property besides its location.
Disliked: It was unclean and the staff was not friendly.

Very bad

Disliked: Bad experience. The hotel is very old. The elevator is out of use, we have a wheelchair but had to leave it in the car. We booked a handicap room. They don’t have it on the first floor, so they put us on THIRD floor, we have to climb up to the room. The breakfast was supposed to be included, that’s also why we chose this hotel. But when we got down for breakfast in the morning, the front desk said the food truck didn’t come! No reason, they don’t know why. It’s just unbelievable! No Elevator, No Breakfast. Don’t come here.

It sucked. Will never stay...

Liked: I didn’t like anything about it. Door wouldn’t shut. No elevator to the third floor. Got locked in the bathroom. Couldn’t get out. Homeless people all around. Wasn’t able to sleep due to watching my personable truck was going to be safe

Liked: Room ok. staff excellent
Disliked: not clean. Breakfast included but nothing available

I was very disappointed but...

Liked: The lady at the desk had to endure a lot also some staff members called off and some rooms were dirty. I know because I walked into my room and it was dirty but they had it in the system as ready.
Disliked: The elevators were broken and the fitness equipment was broken but appeared to be working

Disappointing

Disliked: They say breakfast at this place. A bag of oatmeal is not breakfast. The elevator was out our entire stay and we was on the third floor.

Liked: My room was nice and big and comfortable
Disliked: The elevator doesn't work
