OK not to bad but...
Liked: That it was walking distance to places
Disliked: First off it was a family trip and we told our son that he could go swimming. They had a lock and it was closed for season??? Not sure what that means but he was sad about it. Maybe fix restroom door it felt like we were going to get trapped in there!!

Liked: Hotel was absolutely disgusting. The smell entering the building was off putting. Got to our room and the bed had blood stains, there were bags of food under the beds, the TV was wobbling off of its base, the stove has no vent, the list goes on.

It will get you through...
Liked: Kind staff, cold fridge, comfortable bed
Disliked: Elevator broken, old/starting to feel flimsy, room reeked of cigarette smoke so badly my clothes smelled like smoke the next day, room very obviously lived in for a long time, rug and floor damp, tub faucet leaked

Convenient Location with In-Room Kitchen
Liked: This hotel offers a fully equipped kitchen, including a fridge, freezer, stove, and microwave, making it a practical choice for longer stays. The room was spacious, with enough storage space, and the bed was comfortable for a one-night stay. The neighborhood felt safe and the front desk staff were friendly.
Disliked: During our stay, the elevator was out of service, requiring us to carry our luggage to the upper floor, which was inconvenient. The hotel provides a free grab-and-go breakfast, which includes muffins, prepacked cereals, granola bars, and coffee. But the choices are very limited.

Liked: Nothing really.
Disliked: The cleanliness was auful.awful. The elevator was not working, so my daughter and I had to carry heavy suitcases up to the third floor. The smell was terrible. The only amenity in the room was the microwave. No amenities. No room service. Just ATROCIOUS!!!

Inconvenient wait time, poor management...
Liked: The location was perfect.
Disliked: We arrived at the hotel at approximately 3:50 pm. We checked in and where assigned a room on the 2nd floor and was given our keys. As we approached the elevator there was a hand written sign on the wall stating "Elevator Out of Order" We had several items including luggage to carry to our room. Going to the second floor was challenging so I requested a room on the 1st floor. The Receptionist was very sorry about the elevator inconvenience and proceeded to look for a room assignment on the 1st floor. She indicated that one was available but was not cleaned yet. I responded that we would wait on the room to be cleaned and how long would the wait be? She stated that the cleaning staff was short staffed and it would be about a 1/2 hour. So we agreed to wait for the 1st floor room to be cleaned. approximately 40 min's later, I inquired about the 1st floor room cleaning. The Receptionist checked to see if the room was cleaned and it was not. She then decided to call for help with regards to the 1st floor room assignments. She announced that she could not rent out the rooms on the 1st floor and apologized for the inconvenience. She reassigned us the original room on the second floor but announced that the room was currently being cleaned. I asked wasn't the room cleaned when it was 1st assigned to us? She responded that the cleaning staff was currently cleaning it and she would let us know when it was ready for occupancy. Approximately one hour & 15 mins after our arrival time, we walked to the second floor towing personal items which took two trips. Once we got to our room the floor was very sticky, the overall appearance was clean, and there was one desk chair and no lounge chair to sit on, only a bed!. The room did not look like the picture shown on the website. Not happy with the room accommodations, wait time & no "Elevator Out" notification at check in. The staff where very friendly & accommodating.
