It's fine for a night or two. But for any more than that, try an extended stay that has good reviews where everything is fixed.
Liked: Breakfast and coffee.
Disliked: Toilet kept running; lamp didn't work.

Worst place we’ve ever stayed...
Liked: Location was convenient and near the NRG Stadium.
Disliked: Poor customer service, had to wait for a room to be cleaned after check-in time. Got assigned a dirty room. Got reassigned to another room which had mold in the restroom ceiling. The front desk clerk didn’t offer an apology or eye contact when dealing with the situation.

Liked: Staff was friendly.
Disliked: Hi, I wanted to bring something to your attention regarding my recent stay. I had specifically requested a first-floor room as I was traveling with my dog, and I wanted to be considerate of other guests who might not be comfortable around animals in shared spaces like elevators.When I checked in, I was informed that I was given the last available room on the first floor. However, upon entering the room, I immediately noticed that the bed appeared as though it had been used—it looked like someone had slept in it. This made me feel uneasy about the cleanliness and preparation of the room.I understand things can get busy, but I wanted to make sure this was brought to your attention so it can be addressed. I’d appreciate any reassurance or support you can offer regarding this experience.

Liked: I didn't like anything.
Disliked: Pls find below the mail that i sent to the hotel and no response till date. I wish to report that I was verbally assaulted and treated badly in your hotel early this morning. For a customer, this is purely bad customer service and I am afraid to spend the remaining days in the hotel because of my safety is not guaranteed. I got into the hotel at about 1am or thereabout and gave my card which was declined. I then opted to pay cash which the receptionist rejected saying that they do not collect cash. I gave him the option of collecting the cash on hold and when I rectify the card in the bank the following day, I will pay with the card and collect the cash back, he insisted that no he can't collect it.For a woman and at that time of the night , he said that there was nothing he could do. He even gave me back my phone that was charging and said that they have called the police to arrest me.I totally find this ridiculous, why will you call a police to arrest me when I didn't say that I won't pay rather u are the one refusing to collect cash and not wanting me to stay at least the night so that I can go to the bank to rectify the card.I am a responsible person and will never in any way want to defraud the hotel. In view of the above, my safety in your hotel is threatened, anything could happen to me there and I have limited time to stay in the US. I THEREFORE REQUEST FOR A CANCELLATION OF MY BOOKING AS THE FAULT WAS NOT MINE BUT THE ACCOMMODATION'S. Booking. Com didn't mention no cash payment and I even said hold the cash overnight and I use the card in the morning after I return from the Bank, but he still refused. Rather he said he was calling the police to arrest me. I had to leave the premises since he was not even responding to my pleas to help me and left me completely. THIS IS PURE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.I await your kind response. Thank you
