Liked: The ladies at the front desk were very nice as well as the morning shift manager
Disliked: We went to this hotel to get away from another hotel. This hotel was not up to standards it’s very out dated and they have roaches. However we were granted a refund wit no problem. We only opened the door seen the bugs and walked back out

Liked: Had issue with front desk. The new employee had rude attitude and personal assumptions due ro his own inexperience in his own job performance Even when I showed proff by my personal and private documents he made a statement of letting ME make it and accused me of wrong doing and receiving free rooms. Had to go and have managers show him again how to receive payment made by me for early booking . Paid in advance was treated like I begged or stole or frauded 'HIM'.

Liked: The staff, the lady that checked my husband Craig and myself in, I can't remember her name, but she was awesome. She was having issues with the payment system but was very calm. She got it done!! Love her attitude. I am also in the hospitality industry, so I understand. The gentleman that was her relief, is very polite and helpful. I stayed an extra day with no problem! I'm back this weekend, I love this property.
Disliked: The drink machine wouldn't take my money, so I had to go to the store. I was tired but thirsty!
