Disliked: It wasn’t clean my room wasn’t even clean from who ever was in it last. Still had there towels and linen on the counter

Liked: They not a responsibility. The hotel is infested about bedbugs and I asked for refund for days after and I’m still waiting for a refund.

Disliked: The staff was rude when checking in, I was very tired after driving 21 hours. They didn't go over anything. they just took payment and handed me the keys. The room smelled, and there was visual water damage to the floors as the floor was peeling up. There was a weird wet stain on the carpet that looked like slime.
