Disliked: The staff was rude when checking in, I was very tired after driving 21 hours. They didn't go over anything. they just took payment and handed me the keys. The room smelled, and there was visual water damage to the floors as the floor was peeling up. There was a weird wet stain on the carpet that looked like slime.

Dissapointing property. Maintenance free takes...

Liked: The room seemed clean and quiet.
Disliked: Every wall, floor, ceiling, piece of furniture, cabinet, and even the toilet seat was either chipped, flaking, peeling, loose, and/or cracked. The shower valve was missing one of its two handles, no hair dryer as advertised. There is a complete lack of maintenance inside the rooms, in the common areas, parking lot, and especially the stairwells. Garbage cans overflowing, mysterious liquid stains in the stairs and elevator. The room had a kitchenette but not as much as a single drinking glass or even a fork! The cabinets were completely bare. The advertised toaster was missing. You must request these items be brought to your room. The advertised breakfast is really "Grab and Go", coffee, dry cereal, and mabye a granola bar. Dont expect a covered overhang when you pull up. Total exposure to the weather when loading or unloading. This property was a dissapointment. Ironically a woman and here son with a reservation had to leave after checking in as someone was already in their room. I felt bad for them at the time but in hindsight they were the lucky ones! Simple maintenance and common area housekeeping leaves an impression on travelers.
