Liked: Nice Coffee Bar, good light breakfast.

OK room, lousy breakfast.

Disliked: Put some chairs in the Lobby, only you don't have a Lobby or a Breakfast area. Not even a single chair or table in the desk area. Breakfast didn't even have milk or juice.

Liked: The breakfast was not what I can eat medically. I brought my own breakfast.
Disliked: I had an accessible room, and it was well laid out. I appreciated it.The only thing I wondered about was that there was no shelf in the shower to put anything on, likethe bar of soap!Lots of things like lamps and the clock radio were left unplugged. I was able to plug them in,but another handicapped person might not be able to physically bend down or move furnitureto plug them in.The recliner chair reclined with the handle, but it would not close easily, and I had to climb out ofit and that was dangerous for me.

The only positive I have...

Liked: The rooms were very clean, but could smell cigarette smoke and the refrigerator was all rusted on the outside
Disliked: I didn’t like when I was checking in and just decided to remind them I booked this because it was pet friendly and they charged an additional fee. Then changed my room to lower level, which I’m fine with but stuck us by an exit door. I asked how busy it was because I have issues sleeping she assured me that the way it was set up, I would be fine and not hear anything. I asked if it could be a room a few door down and straight up no. They were fully booked. Which now I know , that was a lie. It was actually even worse noise because there was two doors people would have to open to get outside. We heard it every time. I asked for non-smoking…. Again assured me non smoking on premises…. That was another false statement because everyone does smoke at that door and drop all the cigarette bits at the door. It was disgusting to walk through and had to keep my dogs away from all the butts. I didn’t like that I asked for a blanket and they said they didn’t have any unless I wanted to wait a few hours so they could wash ONE. I also chose this play because it advertised as extended stay with kitchen etc. well, it is cabinets only. You have to order, and pay for it to be stocked.

Liked: Nice stuff but not very helpful in solving the issues.
Disliked: Wi Fi and TV didn't work well, and TV was out few times. Refrigerator too loud. When I asked for one hour extension off check out, they were very rude and didn't want to comply, even thou I stayed 14 days.
