Disliked: My wife forgot a hair dryer in a closet. We called the following day after our check out and they said that they found it. When we went to pick it up it they said that it was not there… so they stole it.

Liked: They doubled charged me and took my deposit without refund even after calling for days. A very rude receptionist picked up my call and hanged up on me when I demand a refund

Room was not clean and...

Disliked: Room had a cigarette smoke odor

Liked: Although breakfast included was advertised, there wasn't any breakfast.
Disliked: There wasn't any dishware, cookware, cutlery, etc. When I questioned it, I was told at there hotel I have to request it. When she brought them to my room. I received 1 butter knife, 1 steak knife, a small pot, 1 pan, plastic drinking cups, mix match teaspoons, etc. I went to the desk and expressed how disappointed I was. I told her this was unacceptable. I asked for a room for the disabled because I have osteoarthritis in my knees. She said my room was equuipped for it. To my surprised she was talking about the handl in the shower, I explained I needed the bench to sit on. I've stayed in the majority of the hotels in Whippany, Parsippany, Hanover and all around that part of NJ and this was the first tacky hotel I stayed in.

Disliked: Absolutely disgusting! The bed had so many stains on it that went down to the mattress. All different bodily functions from urine to blood! They have no ice machine, no bed linens, no pillows, no utensils....no nothing! The bed was filled with hair, Public hair too. The staff.....don't even get me started! Photos attached

Disliked: Will refute charge on credit card. Traveling with daughter who is trying out for Gotham, was told by the front desk person that there would be noise complaints, people smoking by the front entrance and everything smelt like pot. Told her I wanted a credit, and who ever she spoke to on the phone said no. It’s an indigent hotel.
