Disappointing and uncomfortable due to...

Disliked: There was no power for a long time, and no breakfast was provided as expected. On top of that, the staff was unresponsive and did not communicate professionally with customers.

Disliked: Nothing else. They trick you by "breakfast" which is nothing but a bitter coffee and a gross granola bar lol, injustice for other hotels providing normal breakfast.
