Disliked: I booked this hotel on booking.com,May 3 ,when I check in ,staff told me Because the water pipes in the room were broken and the accommodation was full that day, they could not provide us with a room. They asked us to go to other hotels to stay. They would provide a refund for no-shows, but now they have not helped me with the refund.until now May 31 ,still not refund , I try send E mail and call many times ,but still not refundDO NOT BOOKING THIS HOTEL !!

Disliked: Room wasn’t cleaned well. Floor had not been vacuumed and some surfaces were not wiped cleanTv didn’t workA lot of contract workers stay there. They were nice but left trash and cigarette butts and occupied the two picnic tables during the afternoon until late at night. People did not pick up their dogs poopThe outdoor area was not very cleanThere was a lot of coming and going all night All night and once someone came up with thumping speakers in their car about 3:30 am. It was generally a seedy clientele

Disliked: There wasn’t a light in the main part of the bed room At all. Then in the bathroom the light didn’t work either so the hotel staff moved the lamp from the nightstand into the bathroom . Which didn’t really help at all. No trashcan in the room.

Disliked: Rooms were very dirty and needed a lot of updating and cleaning. Carpets were discusting would not go with out my shoes.
