Clean room - had everything you need.

Disliked: This property was horrible... It had bugs and mold everywhere. I had to look at 3 different rooms just to find a decent one. The door didn't shut all the way I had to put the table against the door. The lights went out at 7 am and we just left... My eye swelled up from sleeping on the pillow case. I have videos and pictures...

I canceled on the spot....

Liked: The location was ok
Disliked: It was filthy!! Not maintained with needed bedding and working equipment. Strange people milling about with animals trying to sniff us. Horrible experience.

Disliked: Every time I mentioned one of the amenities that was stated in the room (I was also told that that was because there was people that lived there and I said I have rented two rooms for a week and that the people that live there get them more than the guest that just stay a week) I was met with you can take it up with management I was also told that clean linens were not given what's turned in with the other one that were dirty that I had to wait for them to be washed I had to wait for 7 hours to get them back because one of the people on staff had told my child that they didn't have enough laundry soap to wash our clothes I offered them my tide they said no and finally put them in the washer I don't think this has been a very good representation of what extended stay is me and my sister had received one pan with a lid for the kitchen set up for two different rooms we had to go by our own we stayed in the extended stay to save money and end up spending more than we would have if we would have started our own home

Liked: The Guy up at the front desk was a prick. I had load money on my card paid for my room for a night got my confirmation number went in to tell him my name and he told me he never got it. So he told me to go put more money and come back and pay. After I put 80. All ready on my card and I need more money . I ask him what did you do with my money on the first around. And he wouldn't tell me. So me and my 2 girls my furry baby's had to leave in a 105 temp out side One more thing while I was there for 2 weeks after my house cough on fire leaving my room every day the hallways they were bad never got vacuum. Or the in side and out side ware durty even a stairways going out the door
