Liked: Roaches in my room toilet running would not stop little help from the front desk..needed help with my tv programming...the front desk had no one available...not to happy with service....probably would not come back to this hotel .I get it good workers are hard to find...personal training goes along way...the front desk. The people where always absent from the front desk. And not enough bath towels ask but never came one night.was all I needed...just consern customer...it's just service that you pay for..
Disliked: Very little cleanses around the outside of the property iam a maintenance manager. I know it takes to up a property...

Terrible - not worth it...

Liked: The location was convenient. The rooms were large. The decor was fine and looked like it had been good at one time, but things were in poor repair. The bed was fine other than the lack of a comforter or bedspread.
Disliked: Believe the bad reviews. We tried to check in at 2:35 (we said on our Booking reservation we'd arrive between 2-3) but they said that no rooms were available and check-in wasn't until 3pm. Fair enough. We left and came back that evening. When we got back they said that our confirmed 2-bed room was no longer available. As two adults of different genders, we said sharing a bed wouldn't work. Their solution was that we had to go online and book a second room, paying full price for both. We were tired and just wanted to get to sleep, so did so. One of the two rooms assigned to us had not been cleaned-- unmade bed, towels on the floor, etc. There was just a sheet and thin blanket on the bed. The bathroom was missing a door handle. The next morning the breakfast that was supposed to go until 9:30 was gone before 9am. All that was left was coffee and lukewarm water for tea. I asked at the desk and they said they'd had granola bars, instant oatmeal packets, and muffins, but other guests had finished them. I asked again and they brought me a packaged muffin. I'm not sure if the staff just didn't care or if they just weren't empowered to do anything or fix anything. The facility looked like it had once been reasonably nice, but the hallways were dirty, the desk was usually unstaffed, and when there were problems (and there were many!) it didn't seem like they wanted to find solutions. The worst hotel experience I've had in many years.

Disliked: When we got there she said they did not have a room and suggested we lug all out bags or catch another Uber to another extended stay. With no promise of a room. I did not a get a room AND THEY STILL TRIED TO CHARGE ME AFTER TURNING ME AROUND!!!

Liked: Nothing due to traveling 6 hours with my family I was willing to lose my money and go somewhere else
Disliked: Everything ! When we first arrived we should have left a woman was hoping out of one man’s car and got in another one with a different man. My family and I have our luggage we go inside to check in only to see the front desk help stressing . With a lobby full of. The place smelled like dirty clothes and mildew .The ceiling had tiles down and the elevators is scary than getting on a carnival ride . I did not feel safe at all as another worker came in to take over was extremely rude and did nothing to help her coworker . We get up to our non smoking room due to both of my daughters being asthmatic for our room to smell like cigarette and feet . We went to turn on lights to have a lamp with no bulbs outlets that did not work and our room door was half way off its hinges somebody could have literally kicked it open while it’s locked and came into our room. As supposley there was no other rooms available it was a full night . We were lucky to have received a room key as they stated they were out . Our a/c did not blow very well and made even a funkier smell as blood stains or something were on the hardware floor where it states in the description carpet thank goodness it wasn’t carpet . Our bedding had dark yellow stains along with the actual pillows disgusting . Our toilet set was broke completely as well . I went to ask if there was an ice machine to be laughed at and said that’s what your trays are for in your freezer . Umm do you actually think I would have used those nope. They don’t have trash bins in your room so it’s a inconvenience to have to leave your room scared for your life to enter what they call a trash room that smells like a dead animal in there. The invisible breakfast that also shows as a description was delicious . I stayed here because we plan on moving back in a week and I wanted to see how the facility was I’m glad I did this place needs to be shut down it’s a crack house not a place for leisure .
