Extended Stay America Suites - Fort Wayne - South

Dissapointing to say the least.

Liked: no breakfast offer grab & go coffee with available muffins
Disliked: key refused to work only would work once after programing it. it was a toss up weather it would work or not. we finnaly opted to have card programed each time we came back to hotel.this eliminated going back to desk to get card activated again. Shower didnt have enough water pressure to wash/ rinse wifes hair. bathroom exhaust fan sound like a jet engine very noisey as if fan bearing was grinding. I have stayed numerous times at this business, but this time was a total disaster .

Disliked: Repairs to shower - leaking, fire alarm hanging down, kick baseboard coming off wall in spots. Had to wash silverware before using it.

Disliked: My room was dirty, floors were not mopped. The shower was dirty and the bathroom sink was clogged.
