Disliked: Very dirty and outdated. Had to get a switched room due to leaking and AC not working. Outside is very sketchy and dirty. People hanging outside all day and night. People live their permanently. Front desk employee was super friendly and nice.

Disliked: had to wait 20 minutes for check in. site states someone at desk 24 hours, yet after I received key at about 11 pm as my plane arrrived late, i expected to arrive at 9 . That is why I checked 24 hour service. Clerk said after she checked me in she is leaving. Then key did not work, I could not find help so I asked my daughter to call, and someone was sent up to assist me. By that time, I had managed to get the key to work and the room was very hot and moldy so it took a while for AC to cool room and TV could not get a signal, plus room was dirty. Told I must leave a deposit of $100 which I understood, but on receipt for the $100, it states no where that it is a security deposit in case something is wrong after leaving, just a receipt for the money. Clerk refused to sign it was a deposit.
