Liked: I definitely would not recommend this hotel ever not even to my worst enemy. I can not find the slightest positive comment to add. Maybe just the AC did work. The furniture and general space in the room were damaged and unkept and definitely super dirty.

Disliked: The hotel is in desperate need of renovations, dirty musty carpet in the hallway and room, peeling cabinetsOn booking it advertised breakfast, there was none at anytime during the breakfast times in my 3days 2 night stay. The front desk just responded well that means all is gone.Bathroom shower was leaking so annoying dripping sounds. The toilet wasn't flushing properly. I meet large amounts of toilet paper in the toilet of what was supposed to be a cleaned room. The toilet wasn't flushing a plumber had to come. He fixed the issue and the next day same issue.

Liked: The convenience of walking to the Chase Stadium and also the Cypress Creek Trirail station.
Disliked: We asked for two extra pillows and we were told there were none.The showerhead kept dripping water;we couldn’t turn it off completely. Consequently the floor got wet. I suggest you get that tightened.There was a party going on outside of our window at 4 am with the music cranked right up from their car.We were also attending the Miami Open men’s Semifinals and would’ve liked to watch Tennis before we went for the Friday night match.We were in room 122 and our friends were in 108. These issues were reported to the day staff on checkout and she said she would let her manager know.

Liked: It was better then sleeping in the airport.
Disliked: No laundry detergent available. Had to leave the site to find some. Unexpected layover and needed to wash clothing and that was a deciding factor to choose this hotel. There was a penalty fee for checking in early despite a room was ready. Staff was mediocre at best. Water pressure in the shower was a dribble, took twice as long to rinse soap off. Faucet in the tub countiuosly leaked regardless if the handle was in the off position.

Disliked: I stayed at this facility for almost 2 weeks, about 18 months ago. The difference in the cleanliness is depressing to see. The place is generally grubby both outside and inside the building. Room smelled, carpet sticky and the bathroom was disgusting.

Liked: the front desk allowed us to check in early as we had traveled all night. She was friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: The quality of the hotel and room itself was sorely lacking and not up to Extended Stay standards. It is old and dated and severely in need of an overhaul. The room had a very strong cleaning chemical odor or something which did not dissipate.
