Won't stay again

Disliked: The customer service was horrible. My roomWas dirty still had items in fridge and the bath tub was stopped up. The desk agent didn't know anything. Upon leaving the Agent behind desk who I believe was the manager was rude and I explained the situation to him. He was apologetic.

Liked: The people at the front desk were very nice.
Disliked: The hall way smelled like urine. The towels in the room were dirty and had hair on them. The kitchen was old and dirty. There were people outside the entrance to the lobby somking and harassing women as they left or entered. There were bugs in the room. The elevator smelled heavily of Marijuana. I left after finding another hotel and calling an Uber. I informed the manager the next day who took over a week to get back to me. The ge ntleman only offered a 25% refund. This is a horrible place to stay.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Ironing board had no fabric or padding on it. Had to use a bath towel. Microwave had cracks in it with rust. No coffee maker, Could not figure out how to get TV to work. The towels were so thin you could see through them. One bar of soap for 3 nights. Breakfast was a muffin or pack of oatmeal. Literally would have been better to save my money and sleep in the truck.
