Disliked: I did not stay, I was told when I arrived at 10 pm that they had notified you there was not a room for me. They offered me a room with a single bed. 4 times in a row they gave me a room that was occupied. I opened doors on people who were in bed. I feel lucky to not have been shot. Each time he assured me the room was available. I left and checked into a hotel close by, he assured me I would het a refund in a couple of days. You should never let anyone book there.

Disliked: The sheets were dingy, the floor in the bathroom needed mopping, the dresser draw was broken & the sound in the TV keep shorting out.

Disliked: My hotel room reeked of cigarette smoke. I paid for an upgrade upon entering my upgraded room. It wasn’t cleaned and had vomit on the bathroom floor and kitchen floor when I arrived back to the room the next morning the smell of vomit was still very pungent. One of the staff members with a Yee Yee haircut was extremely rude when requesting an upgrade and a few extra blankets in the room. I was also very disappointed in the sanitation of the hallways and the stairwells two out of the five nights I was staying there. There was urine on the stairs, which was a huge inconvenience to me as I had my children leaving the room. I believe the room was extremely overpriced for its value. I paid over $500 and didn’t feel like I was getting my moneys worth.

Liked: The location is good. Did not seem to have bedbugs?!?
Disliked: The smell upon waking in is HORRIBLE. Someone definitely smokes cigarettes in this hotel, it seemed as if someone was actively smoking when I checked in and continued to do so all night.My asthma was immediately triggered.Filthy hallways, understaffed desk, and sticky surfaces in room. Fridge was unplugged and no one was available to assist me to pull it away from the wall to plug it in.I didn’t shower because the urine stains around the commode were rather concerning. I left as soon as I woke up because I couldn’t tolerate the odor.

Great room except toxic room...

Liked: Great price. Great room with galley kitchen including stovetop. I don't use micros.
Disliked: I have Multiple Chemical Sensitivities and they foolishly sprayed Febreeze in the room. I considered sleeping in my car. Had to wear a mask the whole time. Will only stay again if I can call ahead and have them forego the air "freshener".
