Disliked: Latch lock broke. Random guy knocked on my door saying he stayed here the night before and they are booked. Very odd and uncomfortable.

Liked: Went nobody at front door answered , and this was at 100am, made several phone call nobody answered. For 4 hrs , unsafe area nobody answered the front door. Had to spend money to book at a different place. They had audacity to withdraw money out of my account. I am contemplating to sue them.
Disliked: Bad bad never answer phone or calls. Withdrew money from my account though. Didn’t check in there or were they to withdraw unless I checked in

Terrible staff.

Liked: The staff in that hotel sucks special one of the guy in the lobby when you check in.
Disliked: This property over booked guests and they don't care if you already have a reservation.I will never book that hotel again.

Disliked: Everything. They allowed me to book a room with failing to tell me their office hours. I was coming in ready to get some sleep before my work meetings and their office was closed. It wasn’t clear to me or expressed what their office hours were. When I asked for a refund “even thought they don’t give any”. I believe I should receive one here because it was beyond my control. Booking said I will get one once the hotel responds and conveniently? The unprofessional system that this property is somehow running on hasn’t gotten back to me. It’s $100 people. You can’t show some sympathy and regard for your actions or lack thereof without any communication? Gladly took my money though? It’s sickening.
