Disliked: The place was absolutely filthy. The staff was rude and didn't care about any of the issues that we brought to him. The sheets looked like someone vomited on them. They had not been changed in a while. There was trash on the floor, and the floors were sticky. We went to the office and asked if someone could come clean the room. We were told no. He gave us other sheets and told us to take it up with the manager tomorrow morning. We got back to the room only to find out the sheets we were given were 1. Dirty and 2, they were too small. We went back to the office and asked if we could get clean and the correct size sheets? We were told that "no, that's not possible to tell the difference." We asked for our money back and were told No. It was 11:00 pm. We called Booking.com and explained the situation. They didn't help us at all. They said that we would hear something in 24/48 hours. The only choice we had was to either sleep in that dump without any bedding or sleep in our car. It has been about 5 days, and we haven't heard from anyone. We will NEVER stay in an "Extended Stay" again. And we won't use booking.com either.

Disliked: Their website said breakfast included but there was no food only coffee machine on top of a cart and the front deck person said if I wanted something to snack on there was a vending machine inside the laundry room.

Disliked: no mattress cover which is highly unsanitary. Bottom sheet did not cover the mattress. Top sheets likewise. No handicap facilities an only 1 parking.space demanding that I pull in headfirst. not near available room. That room had strong odor of smoke so there was no restrictions or fine for smoking. Desk clerk said that just suddenly there was a $50 'deposit' needed for (all rooms were totally empty and had no utensils at all) There were not even waste baskets. Chair was ripped. I can't imagine a worse place to pay money. Building was two story walk up so handicap was highly limited and impossible. Located adjacent to a six lane highway with hugh traffic noise around the clock.

Place DOES NOT MEET BOOKING...

Liked: It had a bed.
Disliked: No towels/only a bath floor towel, broken toilet holder/1/2 roll of TP on sink. Holes in walls. Bath tub has 10 area where porcelain broken out, 2 large burn marks on the bath wall/mirror frame. Two used plastic cups with no wrapper/dirt on rim. No grab & go breakfast. They couldn’t print a receipt. Asked for it a 2nd time via Bookings app message feature. No reply. TOOK 7 PICTURES. Please send me a receipt for my payment

Disliked: The room was disgusting and dirty, the staff were unhelpful and still are unhelpful with getting a refund. We had no towels in our room, the room smelled like body odor and the floor was extremely sticky.
