Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Everything. They allowed me to book a room with failing to tell me their office hours. I was coming in ready to get some sleep before my work meetings and their office was closed. It wasn’t clear to me or expressed what their office hours were. When I asked for a refund “even thought they don’t give any”. I believe I should receive one here because it was beyond my control. Booking said I will get one once the hotel responds and conveniently? The unprofessional system that this property is somehow running on hasn’t gotten back to me. It’s $100 people. You can’t show some sympathy and regard for your actions or lack thereof without any communication? Gladly took my money though? It’s sickening.

Liked: The manager Carlos gave me a amazing weekly rate after paying daily for the past month after stressing to him that my bank account was frozen due to fraudulent transactions leaving me with limited funds. His compassion lifted some of the stress off my shoulders.

Disliked: The photos on booking.com were nothing like the actual hotel. Rooms were dirty. Unsafe for children. Not fully equipped kitchens. Breakfast was not included. And not worth the cost associated on website.

Liked: We had no bathroom towels, no bed spread,the front desk manager was rude and told us we couldn't get anything until tomorrow right before we were supposed to be checking out it was absolutely ridiculous. The room was dirty, under the bed were old cigarettes and dust everywhere.

Disliked: Check-in was chaotic and disorganized. Staff didn’t know which rooms were clean or available. We saw multiple guests return with complaints that their rooms were filthy—unmade beds, dirty bathrooms, and trash left behind. Despite paying upfront, we were told we’d have to wait an hour and maybe get a room. When we returned, we were told the room we booked wasn’t available and were asked to pay more for a suite.The room we finally got was in terrible shape. The door had clearly been pried open before, the security latch was broken, and we had to fix it ourselves. There were no pillows, no shower curtain, and a strong smell of dog urine. Drawers had leftover items from previous guests, and we found broken smoke detectors and tools in the cabinets. Microwave hadn’t been cleaned either.When we brought it up to staff, they told us this was the only room available and we could either take it or wait—with no idea when another room would be ready.The worst part:If we hadn’t already committed our limited funds for a two-day stay—and knowing refunds take far too long—we absolutely would’ve left and found another place.Would I stay again?No. The experience felt unsafe, unsanitary, and poorly managed. I do not recommend this property.

Disliked: Upstairs on second floor and no elevator. Gap on front door you could see through.
