The stay wasn't a bad...

Liked: Breakfast was just a snack bar or cup cake and many days there wasn't any coffee

Bad experience

Liked: The location, and the price.
Disliked: The door to the room was jammed bad. The bed was full of bed bugs. And it was not too clean.. I was bit up pretty good with welts and bumps. We took a video of all this. I asked for a refund and the clerk gave it to me after much disagreement. Then I found out I'm banned from all the extended stay hotels ...wow I have video of all this

Bugs and broken stuff

Liked: The highlight of the experience was Antone at the front desk when we checked in. He was friendly and patient, with a smile on his face. He is an asset to this place and would be to any place. 1.
Disliked: 1. two of the three keys issued didn’t work2. our room was at the other end of the building, but the key lock there was broken. We always needed a person to stay by the door when unloading and reloading the cars or risk having to go the long way around. 3. even though we booked for 5 people, there was no additional bedding for the pull out in the room and we had to get it from the front desk4. the sheet on the pullout bed was DISGUSTINGLY5. there was a huge spider in the shower6. the toilet didn’t flush properly 7. in the early morning we saw cockroaches Avoid this place!

Disappointing

Liked: There are too many homeless and Drug users here
Disliked: Making lots of noise and nasty smelling pot and sting insence I've encountered. Even the smell of pot at the front desk. Employees use pot.

DON'T DO IT!!!! BUGS AND...

Liked: Not one thing.
Disliked: It was dirty.They tried to make me pay for the room twice.We all got bit by bed bugs.We had to put sheets on the floor to walk around because our shoes were sticking to the floor.The staff were unhelpful. You had to park in a gated parking lot with several doors to go inside, but weren't allowed to enter or exit any parking lot door, therefore they made you walk all the way around the building with the entirety of your luggage.I had to clean our own toilet.There was no microwave or tv cable cord.
