It was ok. This was a last resort because all Hilton properties were booked. Was seeing a concert at Nutter Center. Not as nice as those places and breakfast could be better.

Convenient location and comfortable bed,...

Liked: The included breakfast is very minimal with a selection of a few different granola bars and packaged muffins. The beverage choices were regular coffee, and/or hot water for Hot Cocoa or instant oatmeal,
Disliked: The facility was very short on staff and/so the hallways on every floor were not cleaned during the four days I was there. The room kitchen came with one of the smallest microwaves I have ever seen. Unlike most suite hotels kitchen supplies (cookware, dishes, coffeepot) are only available on request.The tenant contract requires the renter to sign that they are NOT a tenant and can be asked to vacate at any time by the management. dictionary definition: Tenant: one who has the occupation or temporary possession of lands or tenements of anotherspecifically : one who rents or leases a dwelling (such as a house) from a landlord

Liked: The staff was so friendly and the location was great. I loved the fact that it was very quiet and there was no commotion going on like I have often witnessed at other Extend stays.
Disliked: The price keeps going up each week on Booking.com. First week I got my Dad's room for $300 then the second week it was over $500.

Disliked: The pillows were flat and hard. After the first night, I asked if I could get new ones. The front desk employee was very kind and got me new pillows, but they werent much better.

Liked: Location, and it was not too busy.
Disliked: Several rooms were out of service including the suite we reserved. But the staff was helpful in finding us another room that would do for our stay. I would have preferred to be notified before getting there as we really needed the sofa bed in the room we had booked. Had I been notified before hand I would have had more time to look for other options.
