So so, not the best...

Liked: They take forever to check in. They are very slow with everything. The outside is dirty and smell urinal. Location is nice but you will have to be really patient.

Disliked: Front desk and cleaning staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. Hundreds of hotel stays and this had to be one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had, specifically because of the staff. The woman responsible for cleaning on December 21 morning basically forced my wife and I out of our room by knocking aggressively on the door even after we told her we weren’t checking out yet. We checked in the hotel around 1am, every other hotel considers that checking in the same day instead of the day of.We weren’t staying the entire day, just needed to stay until 12:30pm. The person working the front desk used her key to walk into our room, I was using the restroom and my wife was changing clothes when she did that, absolutely disrespectful and insulting. Then I find out I was charged twice for our stay, once from Booking dot com, once from extended stay. This hotel is absolutely horrendous and the booking app is completely useless.

Disliked: The thin walls, riotous neighborhoods, the smell co.ing from my restroom when I entered, the leaky toilet, etc.

Disliked: I arrive at the hotel a10:30pm No one at Front desk , Call Them, Say Will arrive in 10 Minutes ,NO one showed up, Call again And Again ,No one show Up, Finally some one show up 11:40 pm.NO breakfast NO
