The Worst Place I've Ever...

Liked: There is a front counter staff. Black young lady who's very professional and accommondating. She's dark skin with glasses and braids. Thank you for being awesome. You're the reason I gave a 3 rating overall vs. 1
Disliked: This hotel is very worn down. I was in room 216 in the main building. It was duck tape around the kitchen sink. All of the furniture, cabinets, and fixtures were damaged and worn out. The carpet has large stains all throughout the suite. When I lifted the rubber mat inside the tub, it had so much hair, dirt, and filth under it. I couldn't believe the baby roaches I saw in the bathroom. I said never again, "Will I stay at any extended stay hotel.Then, when I asked to speak to the manager on duty (Kareem), he never came out of the office for my request. Although. I learned his name because corporate was there, and he came out to greet him, and I watched the interaction was friendly as well as professional. But when I requested to see him, he never came. I WILL NEVER STAY AT A PLACE LIKE THIS AGAIN EVER!!!!!

Worst Hotel Experince Ever

Liked: There was nothing to to like about this place 1 the worst experinces i've ever had
Disliked: 1.Brenda Gave Bad Customer Service,Bad Additude Seemed Bothered With With Questions Rolled Her Eyes,Wasnt Having It I Heard Her Getting After A Employee.People Would Be Waiting At The Front Desk With Nobody There Overall She Seemed Lazy And Didnt Want To Be There They Gave Us A Corner Room 118 To Be Exact Noise Non Stop They Over sprayed Disenfecant Lemon Scent Overwhemled the room 2 lamps in the room not 1 worked outlet plugs did work the bathroom door wouldnt and did close the shower was filthy the floors to the whole room where sticky place was a mess smelled horrible bed was uncomfy u can feel the springs they mentioned breakfast we went to see breakfast and it was muffins and coffee they said breakfsst bar
