Not too shabby

Liked: The staff was very helpful and gracious which is more customer service than I'm used to getting anywhere these days; keep up the good work.
Disliked: The cost of the rooms isn't commensurate with the area it's located in, nor should the price include anything less than full, hot, breakfast bar. My last issue is the cost of the washing facility; $4 per load regardless of size and they don't accept cash or coin.

Location was idea for Medical...

Liked: They really don't offer a breakfast other than a Cup Coffee an Muffin if you get the Front Office early enough
Disliked: Grounds dirty, Parking Space tight, Main room had a large strain on floor but they Moped it after complaint.

I will never spend money...

Liked: Staff was terrible showed favoritism to certain guest it's ran more like a family home instead of a actual business
Disliked: Nicer staff

bad night no sleep

Liked: Looked good from outside First room had lots of active roaches , dirty bathroom, floors were stickyWe were given another room that evening.
Disliked: Roaches dead in second room, on the floors and in the sinkBathroom looked clean but it had sticky black stuff on countertops and roaches in sinks it was too late to move to another hotel that night, had a hospital patient with me, he was too tired to be moved again.
