Friendly, nice and comfortable

Disliked: Main entrance lobby has to be vacuumed more often.

Not our 1st stay here…but...

Liked: The location is convenient for the purpose of our trip (visiting family who live in the area). And I like that they allow pets.
Disliked: Our room was supposed to be non-smoking but it smelled heavily of smoke. Someone had definitely smoked in there and the smoke detector above the bed had even been removed! It was obviously not cleaned well either from the previous guest because we found a man’s plaid shirt hanging on the back of the bathroom door and some sort of pill (medicine) on the bedside table lamp! Unreal!!! Lastly, they charged us another $115 for 2 dogs for 2 nights (that’s above what we had already paid for the room). We’ve stayed here in the past with the dogs (one time our truck was broken into in their parking lot) and didn’t get charged that…not to mention, typically for a place like this, the fee is usually $25-30 per dog for the stay. I was pretty shocked at $115! I can say this will be the last time we stay here no matter how convenient the location is.

A one star accommodation

Liked: The room was able to fit the entire family
Disliked: When budgeting a hotel, an included breakfast should mean saving $50. The price said a breakfast was included, but all that was offered was a muffin and instant packaged oatmeal. Had I known this, I would have stayed at a different hotel. Also, upon arriving, one of the bed's sheets was dirty. Plus, having to give used towels to get fresh ones is annoying.

Liked: It was in an ok area
Disliked: It was dirty and nasty the pull out bed had stains all on the sheets we literally slept their for 3 hrs and just headed straight back home to Austin Tx

Look out for Surprise Charges!

Liked: The size of the room was good. The bedding was clean.
Disliked: We didn't like rented a suite with a kitchen only to find the kitchen came with no dishes, no pots or pans. You had to pay $40 to rent these things to make the kitchen usable. Just charge more up front. Don't nickel and dime us to death.No room service to speak of. We had to take dirty towels to the front desk to get clean ones.

Disliked: I have. Ever stayed in a hotel that didn't have a coffee pot. There are no sheets or blankets for the pull out couch. Maids smelled like Marijuana, and the hotel was crawling with meth heads

Disliked: Little bug buddies :( I don't mind roaches all that much. Not their fault they live there you know?
