Disliked: fire alarms went off twice around 5 am, we got downstairs to lobby and manager told us it's ok, he just reset alarm!!! I told him there was smoke on second floor, he left and came back later and said a guest har burnt their pizza that's why alarms went off. after we returned to are room we small small roaches in bathroom and kitchen.

Disliked: 1. Stopped for towels at the service counter for 2 days and they had no towels. So for those 2 days they said they would deliver them to my room and they didn't.2. we got stuck on the elevator twice and we were we were worried if we were going to be able to get off sometime.3. Found dirty toilet paper in the elevator where somebody took a crap, and wipe there ass, and left it in there.4. very dirty in lobby with straws, hair, dirty rug nasty.5. Bird crap above the door way everyday. Mentioned it to owner, manager and didn't do nothing about it.6. The TV reception going out everyday. 7. The website said there was going to be breakfast and there wasn't. I WANT MY MONEY BACK if not I am going to report them. Thanks Robert Navarro 1-817-970-7045 [email protected]

Very disappointing!

Liked: Not much!
Disliked: Sticky floor in kitchen area and no dishes or cookware; residual hint of cigarette smoke and only noticed smoke detector was bagged after we had already climbed into bed for night; bathroom had active mold & smells in bathroom.

Overall comfortable

Liked: Nice people, rooms were relatively clean,
Disliked: They forgot to take the trash out and no toilet paper.
