Impressed with our stay

Liked: Our room with kitchenette was great and checked all the boxes. Very clean and quiet. Extremely comfortable bed, plenty of space around the bathroom sink to set toiletries, a desk with chair plus an easy chair which was convenient for two people. The shower had strong pressure, plenty of hot water and a free-flowing drain. Tons of closet space with lots of clothes hangers. Loved the wood floor—so much more sanitary than carpet. Easy check-in, convenient parking, fast elevator, very reasonable price compared with other lodging in the area. Loved that all rooms are non-smoking. Really great value for the money. Ronnie at the front desk was SUPER—she was extraordinarily welcoming, kind and helpful. (Thank you Ronnie!) I called the front desk a few days later to check on my credit for the $100 hold and Toni was very friendly and helpful in explaining the timing for this to happen. Really wonderful staff at this hotel!
Disliked: Everything was great. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property to other travelers.

If only I could leave...

Liked: Once you looked past the almost not giving us two rooms which we booked for they put us on two entirely different floors, with an entire floor in between me and my parent, you are met with the beautiful left overs of a filled in pool spot. But don't worry the smell of room 149 definitely kept you distracted with the stench of mildew all the way around, nothing a can of frebreeze couldn't match, or not, but no worries the blood stained mattress from this rooms pull out couch can be covered with a bed big cover, how wobderful. However the lovely mold stain in the shower of 304 was definitely something to see. And don't forget to stop by the front desk but not to many questions or you'll be met with attitude and nasty remarks.
Disliked: Everything this hotel and this company in general has to offer, the CEO should feel embarrassed for allowing such foul disgusting properties to exist, and dont get my started guest relation matters. Never in all my stays in ohio have I been met with such a horrible stay from conditions of the hotel to staff. Do better or close your doors
