DONT GO THERE!

Disliked: It was difficult to find. It was in a sketchy location around a whole bunch of abandoned buildings. When I got inside, a guy was getting his key coded. I asked if there was a problem with the keys in the machine and she said no. I asked for a room on the first floor, but I was told there were none available. I told her I am handicap and I need to get my money back. The other attendant volunteered to bring my bags up for me. When I got to the room, the first thing that hit me was the smell of smoke and the realization that the pictures online were taken probably in the 80s. The place was disgusting. There was rust all in the refrigerator all over the sink. Everything had a thick layer of scum when I went back to the car and came back. My key was messed up and I was hit with about five people standing right on the balcony smoking. What I realized is this is a long-term stay for people with low income. It seemed as if I could possibly get mugged carjacked or worse there I wouldn’t recommend this to a homeless person. After my card locked me out about four times and then she had to come and try to act like she didn’t know what was going on. I went downstairs and told her to give me my money back and I was leaving. I had to drag my bags back downstairs by myself, and one of them ended up breaking. I will definitely never return to another extended stay of America.

Disappointing

Disliked: My door wouldn’t shut and another room wasn’t provided for me.

It was uncomfortable

Liked: That it was by the highway.
Disliked: The room had a bad smell, The bathroom door was broken the showerhead didn't work,and I think it was a bullet hole in the wall.

Very good

Disliked: Roaches were in the room and it could've been clean better

Liked: I had a very comfortable room when l came in l enjoyed seeing my son family and friends day and graduation was wonderful
Disliked: Nothing

Passable

Tired room, tucked away but...

Liked: Room was quiet and wifi was good. Location quite good, surprisingly quiet.
Disliked: Run down room, had to ask for a blanket, for a rubbish bin. Initially hard to spot entrance - right next to a recently CLOSED hotel and we thought it was this business and nearly drove away before exploring up the driveway.

Liked: Nothing but the price. The pictures are VERY deceiving!
Disliked: Roaches everywhere, having to leave our belongings in our car just out of fear of getting infested! Walking into our room just to see red ink splattered all over the floor. No seats for the table, the kitchen sink was pulled away from the wall. And the noise is crazy loud!
