Will Never, Never stay there...

Liked: Breakfast poor, location OK, because of Mall.Like higher floor, smell n hotel. My sister room had stains on sheets n mattress. Bathroom floor needed new tile n smell. The management said talk to booking agent because I did not get my discount for membership.
Disliked: My sister room needed a makeover, floor tile had a space open around tub, She wanted to leave but it was too late to find a new hotel.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Claimed to be “no smoking” facility, but the room smelt like smoke. The toilet was NOT working and management did NOTHING to fix the issue, but laugh about the matter. After going back and forth for two hours, they were going to issue us a refund if we left. So we left and now still waiting for the refund!

Liked: overall pretty nice felt private and was really quiet. great for a solo getaway
Disliked: only thing i didn’t like was the bathtub drain didn’t work properly but that wasn’t really a big issue
