Great value for the money.

Liked: Great location.
Disliked: Mattress was NOT up to par!

The pillows smelled like they had been used extensively without putting out new ones.

Disliked: The bathroom was cold as ice; one of the windows was stuck open. Will not stay at that chain of hotels again.

Disliked: Bad check in procedure took 3 attempts at unlocking my room. Had to keep coming back to the front desk and waiting in line again. Cleaning lady opened my door at 8am without a knock or announcing themselves. Luckily I had the door latched. The hotel itself is fine it's the staff that make this place bad.

Disliked: Breakfast lacked fresh fruit for those of us who don't eat breakfast bars or instant oatmeal.

Liked: Well I really liked it. Was my first time and I didn't know the concept of the hotel, but I didn't regretted. I loved it. I want to clarify I taught that they have continental breakfast like others hotels but wasn't like that. Instead they have in the room stove, refrigerator, cabinets, I can say like a mini kitchen and we can cook. I love it. They have cubs, utensils, pots, pans that if we need it you can paid and have it. The staff was very helpful, friendly and respectful. Very clean, convenient. Very good location closed to stores, freeways, and everything. Thanks again

Liked: Big rooms and the staff were friendly. They gave some suggestions to local restaurants.
Disliked: Breakfast could have been better. They only had granola bars and oatmeal. They had coffee for those who drink it. I unfortunately don't, I wish they had some sort of juice or milk.
