I won’t stay here again...

Liked: The room was clean.
Disliked: I booked this hotel because their website stated breakfast was included in our stay. There was no breakfast, no coffee or any snacks other than a vending machine. Also, this facility did not have an ice bucket or ice. I also think it’s ridiculous to have to pay an additional fee for towels when we were not even provided the appropriate amount of towels for the amount of people in my party.

Disliked: NO BREAKFAST., False advertising and no compensation for it. And got charged extra for having a service animal with me..

Worst stay I ever had...

Liked: Location
Disliked: I was put in 3 different rooms, 2 unclean and one occupied. Had to make multiple trips back downstairs to correct this. Mandatory $1.99 towels exchange fee for a one night stay. Fifty carpet and smoking smell in hallways. People walking pit bulls down the hallway and around the property.

Disliked: When asking about the linen that I paid for i was told that I had to wait until the next day. I think his name is Melvin. The General Manager. Thank God for the guy who came in to relieve Anil because he was no help either. I can't remember his name but he gave exceptional service.
