Liked: I stayed in multiple different rooms here, and they each seem to have a slightly different character, some better and some with a few maintenance issues. Overall it is going to give a better average value compared to the other hotels nearby, many of which are still going through hurricane reconstruction in spite of keeping their higher price compared to here where it is at least quiet and has a little charm. I also like the staff as they seem fully aware of the difficulties here and have their hands full working harder than they get credit for.
Disliked: The keycard and lock systems here are getting a little old and can be frustrating with some rooms, but especially the laundry room. You can usually get in if you keep trying, and they do at least have something like a dedicated, clean laundry with card readers so you don't need change.
