Liked: Absolutely nothing
Disliked: The place is disgusting, we got up to the room, and that’s as far as we made it. It reeks of smoke, the place wasn’t clean at all. Went back to the front desk to get our money back, we were told it would be refunded (that was over 2 weeks ago) still haven’t gotten a refund and can’t get a response from them. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay anywhere else.

The stuff of nightmares!

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Cockroaches. Broken windows. Holes punched through bathroom door and window screen. Sticky, stained floors. Stained bedding. Filthy toilet. Dirty shower. Lube smeared across furniture.Ended up switching rooms and leaving after seeing and recording multiple roaches crawling in and out of the cabinets in the kitchen area and the side of the fridge.Once that was enough, and I quietly and politely asked for a refund, about an hour or so in, the front desk staff said I’d have to contact booking.com for a refund, since the booking was made through them via a 3rd party. Contacted booking.com twice and only by chatting within the app, as they have no live customer support, and was told to contact the property, because it’s a 3rd party through booking.com and not booking.com. So, I called Extended Stay customer support and they told me to contact booking.com. I explained the situation and was assured a higher up would get back to me the following Monday or Tuesday. That was over two weeks ago. This has been, hands down, the worst hotel/booming experience of my life. Still stuck with a ~$80 charge on my card. Thanks for standing by your service, booking.com!
