Bad experience

Liked: The staff was a little friendly, there was parking
Disliked: The bathroom in our room was dirty. There were blood stains on the floor, and there was pee stains on the back of the toilet, which was disgusting. the fridge was dirty. The carpet was stained. There was dust flying around when we turned on the air condition. When we went to the front desk to see if we could get another room. They had none available. So they offered a discount on our room. They said they would take it off when we checked out. They lied and did not honor their word. Also we were gone from 8 to 4 and our room was not cleaned. We went to ask for toilet paper and towels and called it a day. It was a bad experience, and I would not stay there again or recommend this hotel.

Disliked: The alarm went off in the middle of the nite for half an hour at 12:30. Midnight. They could not get mine off for a little while later the manager came and said she has to do something else to it. Then it went off. I was to be compensated money back. Which I never did. They sent me an email shoe their end but my bank says that transaction never happened. I will never stay at another of their hotels.

Disliked: Elevator out of service and portable air fans every where at the hall ways all over the building top to bottom
