We were going to concert at Allstate Arena so location was good, except we couldn't walk due to mounds of snow plus the cold. It was a close and convienent place to stay but beds were very uncomfortable. Will not stay again.

Disliked: Bed and sofa bed very uncomfortable.

We saw a concert at AllState Arena and it only took us about 10 minutes to get to the door. After the concert, we walked across a couple parking lots and grabbed a bite to eat and a beer, then a 5 minute walk back to the hotel. As we listened to sirens and watched the traffic jams, glad we weren't fighting that. The grab and go breakfast was disappointing. Just some granola bars, fruit, and oatmeal packets.

Liked: Walking distance of arena.
Disliked: Grab n Go breakfast.

Such a great experience; nothing fancy about the room but spacious enough to host a pre-concert party and then hop on the free shuttle! Front desk staff was great. Room was clean and the morning coffee was good too. Would stay again any time I'm going to a concert at Allstate Arena!

Liked: The woman working at reception when I got there was wonderful and I wish I remembered her name. She was professional and friendly, and I had a request to be on the first floor and she was able to do that. I couldn’t get the TV to come on and I called and she was so funny on the phone and we laughed about my inability to work the remote..

Disliked: The charged me a non refundable pet fee at the time of checking. That fee was never disclosed and it took me by surprise. The manager blamed Booking.com for not letting me know ahead of time. Terrible. I believe all fees need to be clear before we book cuz for the price I ended up paying I would’ve stayed at a better place. Also they say Theo offer breakfast but all the may have are granola bars and muffins with coffee and of the worse kind. They can do better than that.

Liked: Very close to the arena (you can go on foot) and various shops/restaurants . It was very calm and clean. The staff was amazing!
Disliked: We would have liked to be able to open the windows a bit more to get some fresh air in and maybe a detergent distributor in the laundry.

Disliked: We had reserved a nonsmoking queen bed size room with a sofa bed. We received a smoking room that had a strong scent of cigarettes. The sofa bed was broken. It did not open or close properly. From what we could open and see of the sofa bed, the mattress was stained and very dirty. Under the sofa bed, there was a lot of dust and dirt. There was a bandaid on the door stop behind the door. The floors were sticky. There was a huge dent in the TV as if someone had tried to punch or bend it.Windows would only open with a lot of force. The sinks were clogged and would not drain. When we asked the front desk for a refund, we were told to call a number to talk to the manager. When I called the given number, it brought me to the call centre of the hotel franchise. I was then referred to booking . com to address the issue.
