I never got to stay...

Liked: The property was in a good location.
Disliked: The staff wasn’t no help she didn’t even try to help me out with my situation. I couldn’t check in because the machine wasn’t ready my chip on my card and she didn’t even suggest an alternative. She walked off with her headphones on doing something in the back just left me and my guy standing there. I called my bank to see was it my card but it wasn’t and by they time I told her to try the other machine the system took my reservation off,so I won’t be returning to that hotel again they don’t have good customer service.
